Paul is a medical statistician mainly working on case-control and cohort studies of side-effects of radiotherapy for breast cancer as well as meta-analyses of randomised trials of treatments for breast cancer. Other work has included investigations into health effects of prolonged tobacco smoking and also burden of disease caused by exposure to residential radon.
