Adele Krusche

Adele was originally a researcher in the field of mindfulness, mental health and behaviour change. She has a DPhil in Psychiatry from the University of Oxford. She is currently a researcher with the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit working on the national Perinatal Mortality Review Tool programme with Prof Jenny Kurinczuk.
In the past she has been involved in several studies on the feasibility and effectiveness of web-based mindfulness courses for reducing stress, anxiety and depression over the perinatal period and has created face-to-face and online interventions for various groups.
