March 2015: A second draft of the LTC questionnaire was developed, following cognitive interviews with people with long-term conditions and consultation with members of the QORU Public Involvement Implementation Group.
March-May 2015, Further consultation with professional stakeholders and cognitive interviews with people with long-term conditions carried out.
January 2016: Survey mail-out. Participants recruited through primary care. Further participants recruited through social care.
November 2016: Mail out of the survey completed and analysis is underway.
