Following the changes made in Phase 2.3, a further round of cognitive testing was carried out to ensure the amendments to items were appropriate. Additional and rephrased items from Phase 2.3 were submitted for a translatability assessment.

Results/more information 

Following participant feedback, a minor amendment was made to two items. The first amendment was made to improve clarity, while the second amendment was made to ensure consistent wording among similarly phrased items.

Finally, the translation assessment indicated that no changes to items were necessary resulting in the retention of 20 items for the next planned survey phase.
