Clinical Trial Manager
Karen is a clinical trial manager at Oxford Population Health's Clinical Trial Service Unit & Epidemiological Studies Unit (CTSU).
Since joining the unit in 2007, Karen’s role has included many of the department’s large-scale, randomised clinical trials including; THRIVE, REVEAL, EMPA-KIDNEY, ORION-4 and more recently AMALFI and RECOVERY. Her job has covered all stages of the trials, working with both UK and international sites.
Before joining CTSU, Karen worked as an R&D scientist in the life sciences industry.
She is a graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry and has an MSc in Clinical Trials.
