DPhil student

Jenny joined the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit (NPEU) in October 2023 as a DPhil student. Her research focuses on birth outcomes and maternity care experiences for women with pre-existing mental health problems.

She is supervised by Professor Fiona Alderdice, Professor Maria Quigley, Dr. Sian Harrison, and Dr. Gracia Fellmeth.

Prior to her DPhil, Jenny completed the MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology at the University of Oxford. Her MSc thesis looked at maternal depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress symptoms following neonatal admission.

She also completed her undergraduate degree and MPH (Social and Behavioural Health Sciences) at the University of Toronto.
