Alison Crompton

Clinical Course Administrator

I provide support to the Director of Clinical Studies and the Course Lecturer in Population Health in coordinating public health teaching for both standard and graduate entry medical students. As the primary contact for students, teaching staff and medical sciences administration, I address enquiries related to timetabling, teaching opportunities, and student awards. Additionally, I offer administrative support to the DPhil in Population Health and the MSc in Clinical Trials.

Before joining the department, I worked in the Research Impact & Engagement team in the Social Sciences Division. My inspiration to work at Oxford Population Health stems from my experience at the Bromley by Bow Centre in Tower Hamlets, where I coordinated and delivered accredited Public Health programmes focused on health inequalities and health improvement.
