Data Manager/ Programmer
Aden coordinates data linkage with multiple data providers, data access committees, and other supply and regulatory bodies across the UK for the UK Colorectal Cancer Intelligence Hub. He contributes to the development and maintenance of documentation for data management, in compliance with information governance and reporting requirements.
Aden also acts as the main departmental contact regarding the access and use of Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD) data. He provides assistance with project protocols and data access requests to researchers and project teams, and conducts scoping exercises for the feasibility of the proposed research.
Prior to joining Oxford Population Health in 2021, he gained experience with managing clinical trial data from being part of the BDI-Novartis collaboration.
Aden completed a BSc in Biomedical Science (specialising in reproductive and developmental sciences) and an MRes in Cancer Biology (Cancer Informatics) at Imperial College London.
