Roshi Shrestha

Data Wrangler/Analyst

Roshi is a Data Wrangler/Analyst within China Kadoorie Biobank (CKB). She has a background in statistical analysis and health research, with a focus on analysing complex datasets to generate insights that support research delivery and evidence based decision making.

Before joining the CKB data team, Roshi worked as a Biostatistician at the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences, University of Oxford, where she contributed to a wide range of health research studies. Her experience includes analysing patient reported outcomes, conducting survival analyses, working with linked national healthcare datasets, and supporting the reporting of statistical methods and results.

Roshi holds a PhD in Plant Sciences and an MSc in Data Science. Before transitioning into data analytics, she held postdoctoral and research fellow positions in academia.
