Senior Web Content and Development Officer
Roger Gray joined Oxford Population Health in January 2026 as Senior Web Content and Development Officer within the Communications Team.
In this role, he is responsible for managing and improving the department’s web presence, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, user-focused, and optimised for search. He works closely with researchers, professional services staff, and external partners to maintain and develop websites that effectively support research visibility, student recruitment, and engagement with policymakers and public audiences.
A CIPR Accredited PR Practitioner, Roger brings experience in design, digital strategy, and media to his work. Previously at the Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford, he developed and implemented digital strategies to amplify research across global platforms, combining content strategy, visual storytelling, and analytics-driven insight.
He takes a creative yet analytical approach to digital solutions, with particular interests in the intersection of user-behaviour, data analytics, and content management.
