Laura Bramley
Senior Data Analyst
Laura is a co-lead for the UK Biobank Data Analysis team in Oxford. She originally joined UK Biobank as a data analyst in April 2020, and has been a senior data analyst since September 2022.
The team has a varied workload which includes: incorporating routine health-related datasets from external data providers into the study, undertaking analysis for the UK Biobank epidemiology team and for resource enhancement projects, providing technical assistance to researchers utilising the resource, and ensuring the rigour and validity of the data.
Laura’s background is in geography. Prior to joining UK Biobank, she worked for five years designing and implementing assessments of international development projects, particularly in the area of maternal and child nutrition.
