Research Assistant

Kudzai joined the Cancer Epidemiology Unit (CEU) in March 2025 as a research assistant. She provides operational and scientific support to Ethnicity and Breast Cancer group The Cancer Research UK-funded project seeks to investigate the associations of ethnicity and breast cancer and is led by Associate Professor Toral Gathani.

Kudzai joined the National Perinatal Epidemiology Unit (NPEU) in 2021 as an administrative assistant for the UK Obstetric Surveillance System (UKOSS) which conducts studies into rare disorders of pregnancy. She continues to provide operational support to the UKOSS Team as a programme coordinator.  

Kudzai earned an MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology in 2024 and holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from Cardiff University which included a placement year at the University of Sydney.
