Andy Measor
Research Finance Manager
Andy joined the University in August 2021 as Research Finance Manager for the Nuffield Department of Population Health. He coordinates and manages the NDPH research portfolio, providing advice and administrative support to academics, researchers and administrators across the department on a range of grant applications and research award issues.
Before joining Oxford, Andy worked as the Accounts Manager for the MRC Cancer Unit at the University of Cambridge, having previously spent over a decade working for Leeds City Council in a variety of Financial roles. Andy is a CIPFA qualified Accountant and Prince2 Practitioner.
