Andy Measor

Deputy Head of Finance

Andy coordinates and manages the day-to-day finance functions of the department, providing advice and administrative support to academics, researchers and administrators across Oxford Population Health. He directly manages both the Accounts Team (purchase to pay and expenses) and the Grants Team (grant applications and post-award management), and supports senior management in the development and delivery of the departments financial strategy and annual budgets.

Prior to his current role, Andy spent four year as the research finance manager for Oxford Population Health. He previously worked as the accounts manager for the MRC Cancer Unit at the University of Cambridge, and before that spent over a decade working for Leeds City Council in a variety of financial roles.

Andy is a CIPFA qualified Accountant and Prince2 Practitioner.
