Research Facilitator (Data Linkage)

Rhea joined NDPH in June 2020. Her responsibilities include monitoring, managing and coordinating the progress of all aspects of data linkage with multiple organisations including data sharing agreements, applications for linkage and reports to data linkage partners. She also has responsibility for obtaining approval from relevant institutions for the use of questionnaires in UK Biobank and the Oxford Online Questionnaire Sharing (OQS) Service. 

Rhea has worked in clinical research since 2012. Before joining NDPH, she was based in NDCN as a Project Manager. She has also worked as a Clinical Trial Manager for a 26-sited RCT trial in NDORMS and as a Research Associate in RDM. 

Prior to joining the University of Oxford, she worked as a registered nurse in London in mixed speciality surgery. 

Rhea has a Master’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of London (St George’s Hospital Medical School), and is in her final year studying for a Professional Doctorate in Health at the University of Bath, as a part-time student.
