Training and Diversity Facilitator

Natalie (she/her) organises and co-ordinates training for staff and students at Oxford Population Health, and facilitates the work of the department’s various equality, diversity, and inclusion interest groups. 

Prior to her role at Oxford Population Health, she worked for over a decade at Oxford University Press, first as an editor of educational materials, and then as a staff trainer and technical writer. She is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. 

Natalie runs the Oxford Population Health meditation group and sits on the committees of the LGBT+ Network and the Disabled Staff Network. She is a trained LGBT+ Role Model and a trade union activist.
