Mahmuda Jahan Chadni


DPhil Student

Mahmuda is a medical doctor. After completing her graduation and clinical training in Sir Salimullah medical college and Mitford hospital, she worked as a research fellow at ICDDRB, an international health research institute in Bangladesh. Later on, Mahmuda was awarded the Commonwealth scholarship to do MSc in Population Health in University College London in 2016. During her MSc she was awarded the departmental scholarship of University of Oxford to do her doctoral research in Nuffield Department of Population Health.

Mahmuda is interested in the research of non-communicable diseases epidemiology and their effective prevention strategies in resource poor settings.
