Communications Assistant

Isobel is the Communications Assistant for Oxford Population Health.

She assists in all areas of the communications team, such as producing digital content, constructing the weekly newsletter, and providing support at events. She is responsible for running the department's social media accounts, and has recently launched the OxPop LinkedIn account. Isobel was also heavily involved in the development of the staff intranet.

Isobel completed a BSc in Medical Sciences (Neuroscience) from the University of Exeter and has previously worked as a Scientist in a diagnostics laboratory, as well as completing a 3-month internship as a Science Writer. She has a special interest in one health, infectious disease, and medical mycology.
