Jonathan Herring is a Fellow in Law at Exeter College, University of Oxford.  He has written on Family Law, Medical Law and Criminal Law.  His most recent books include Older People in Law and Society (OUP, 2009); Medical Law and Ethics (3rd ed, OUP, 2010); Criminal Law (3rd ed 2008); Family Law (4th ed, Pearson, 2008) and The Woman who Tickled Too Much (Pearson, 2009).  Current projects includes work on birth; carers; sexual offences;  and issues surrounding dementia.
