Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems Group
The Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems group carries out interdisciplinary research on the health, environmental, and economic aspects of food systems. We often use quantitative research methods and modelling tools – including environmental impact assessments, dietary risk and burden-of-disease assessments, and agriculture-economic assessments – to answer questions related to environmental sustainability and public health with a particular focus on dietary change.
